Preliminary Examination

Objective-type exam

The Preliminary Examination is a multiple-choice (MCQ) screen test designed to narrow down applicants for the Main Examination.

General Studies Paper I

This exam tests your knowledge about History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Environment, Science, and Current Affairs. The marks scored determine the eligibility of Mains.

CSAT Paper II

This exam measures comprehension, logic analytical skills, as well as fundamental numeracy skills. It is a qualifying test in nature.
